Welcome to Madison Elementary School 2023-2024!
I am proud to begin my 28th year in Rahway Public Schools. During that time, I have worked as a teacher, coach, professional development creator, facilitator, and administrator. However, I consider my most important role to be that of a child advocate and motivator. I believe all children have talents, skills, interests, and personal levels of rigor that are to be valued and respected as we, as a school community, help to foster a love of learning in our children.
I look forward to spending time with your children, getting to know their personalities, learning styles, and interests. In support of encouraging diverse interests and abilities, I will celebrate student successes, small and large. I believe that consistent encouragement lets students know they each have a special place in the Madison School Community.

As an African proverb states, “It takes a village to raise a child.” I am looking forward to working with all of you to strengthen an already wonderful “school village”. In order to develop happy, healthy, secure children, we will work together to ensure all students have access to the tools needed to become successful lifelong learners.
