Good Afternoon Madison Families,

We are excited about our first day of school on September 5th! Our indoor learning spaces are ready for our academic year.  The caring and creative staff of Madison School have done an amazing job of creating attractive and dynamic learning spaces for the students.  We are looking for to a successful year of teaching and learning.

We welcome everyone back to school on Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 at 8:26 am.  

As outdoor construction projects work toward completion, we will revise our entry and dismissal plans for the first weeks of school.  The arrival and dismissal doors are as follows:

Entrance Doors

Grades 1,2,3 - Door #13

Grades 4,5,6 - Door #5

Kindergarten and Pre-K 4 - Door #12

Dismissal Doors

Kindergarten and Pre K 4 - Door #12

Ms. Millerick - Door #12

Grades 2, 3 and Ms. V. Pereira (first grade) - Door #13

Grade 4 - Door #4

Grades 5,6 - Door #5

We ask students of all grades to line up at your assigned entrance door and look for your Homeroom Teacher's name. Your children will be escorted into the building at 8:26 a.m. Students arriving after 8:36 am,  please enter through Door #1.  

Pre-K and Kindergarten 

Orientations will be held on September 5th at 9:00 a.m.  We ask that all Kindergarten and Pre-K 4 families arrive with their children at Door 12. From Door 12, you will be escorted to your child’s classroom.  During this orientation, you will have the opportunity to see your child’s classroom, meet their Teacher and Paraprofessional, and receive an overview of their daily activities.

If you cannot attend orientation, please bring your child to Door #12 at 8:26 am.  Your child will be met at the door at that time.

Additional Information:

Our  Chalk the Walk Event is  postponed until September 24-25th.  Chalk will be at the entrance doors so that our students may decorate the schools entrances.  Hope to see everyone then. 

  • Please complete your school meal application or put money in your child’s account online at www.payschoolscentral.com. Students must begin paying for their lunches on September 5th if they do not qualify for free or reduced lunch.

  • Breakfast will be served daily from 8:00-8:20

    • The Breakfast Entrance is Door #4

    • Our Breakfast Program starts on September 5th. 

    •  No Sign-Up Genius is needed at this time for our breakfast club.  You will sign your child in on the first day or email [email protected] or [email protected].
